| The warning, caution and note icon designs (and colors) have recently | ||||||
| changed to comply with the SEMI S13 standard. Below are the latest | ||||||
| warning, caution and note icons. | ||||||
| WARNING This orange and black lockout/warning icon indicates that: | ||||||

| Warning icons indicate a potentially hazardous situation which, if not | ||||||
| avoided, could result in serious injury. They are orange and black. | ||||||
| Yellow and black Caution icons indicate a potentially hazardous | ||||||

| situation which, if not avoided, may result in minor or moderate injury. | ||||||
| It may also be used to alert against unsafe practices that may cause | ||||||
| property (equipment or data) damage. | ||||||
| The blue note icon is used to highlight specific information. The | ||||||
