2.產品特點及用途PW-18、PW-28，按樹脂之0.4-3%加入，可加速氨基樹脂與含羥基樹脂的交聯，起到降低烘烤溫度與縮短烘烤時間。選擇不同類型的酸催化劑，可以調節涂層的耐溶劑性、柔韌性、附著力及硬度，使涂料達到不同要求的理想效果。PW-18、PW-28產品，廣泛應用于彩鋼涂料、印鐵涂料、汽車烘烤等烘烤型工業涂料，也可以用在生產聚酯樹脂中的催化劑原料，及其它領域中。

Characteristics and Usage

PW-18 or PW-28 is added by 0.4-3% based on the resin.It accelerates crosslinking rate between amino resin and hydroxyl resin and reduce baking temperature and period.It canimprove solvent resistance, flecibility,adhesion and hardness of the coating to select proper type of acide catalyst,which can achieve the desire effect of differrnt reuirement.PW-18 and PW-28 are widely used for the baking coating as well as for catalyst in the production of polyester resin.

3.使用方式PW-18、PW-28酸催化劑，在使用前，一般用醇類、醚類等溶劑，稀釋成含量為10-50%的極性溶劑使用。Application

Prior to application,the acid catalyst,PW-18 or PW-28,can generally by diluted with alcohol or ether solvents to 10-50% so as to be used as polar solvent.
